What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon then to go on an adventure in the outback with the one's you love most!
This family. These sweet sweet children. Their love.
I am so grateful to have met this beautiful family. When Bianca messaged me and told me that they used to live in Mount Isa and were back and would love to have their photo's done, for the very first time as a family of four I couldn't say no. And from our first hello (yes that sounds so cliché) I knew these guys were going to be a barrel of laughs. You know sometime's when you meet people and it's just..... easy? This was them.
Little Evie is a gentle soul and soon warmed to me when I crouched down and spoke to her about how I shared her love for Peppa Pig. It didn't seem to bother her as I followed her with my camera and captured her in all her curiosity. She just loved on her mum and dad and made my job extremely easy. It was very organic. They way they interacted. When Finn needed a little top up, Dan and Evie went off to look for lizards while Bianca fed her beautiful boy. There is no pressure about time, and stress is the last thing I want anyone to feel in these sessions.
Then the four of them regrouped for cuddles. That was all I asked of them. And the magical images speak for themselves. These kiddies even let me steal Bianca and Dan away for a few couple shots.
All in all it was a pretty perfect Sunday arvo. It fills me with so much happiness that the photos we created on this day will be so loved and cherished and this is why I love my job so much!
